Today I just came back from ethiopia, a country located in east afreica,. It's one of my heaps of times business trip. There is buyer complain to me about china product's quality ,when I investigated and surveyed.

He said that china ceramic goods are very easy to seep water, and showed me the sample, a 30*30cm rustic tile with 0.35cm thickness. At the same time he pointed one sane size yellow rustic tile and tole me that's good qualty.

As a specialist for ceramic and porcelain, I already got what he mean. This guy want to tell me the rustic tile made in china is not water-proof, after cleaning . the dirty water is easy to pernetrate. There are two main reasons, one is the body is too loose, when the press jet the tile body. The other is firing time is not enough ,it will be broken if fire enough time because the tile body is too loose. by the way, it is very easy to deform.

Then I asked this guy what prices for these two kind of goods he imported. The answer is as what I think, he imported from india at usd 4.5 per squate meter, but china only usd 2.5 per square meter. That is what I want to say today. Absolutely, I should say him that it's your fault instead of quality made in china.

All people will confuse why I say that. It is so unbelivable. Obviously the problem is from chinese factory that produce these ceramic tiles, this factory quality is not good. How I can say the problem is from the importer and buyer.

Ok, let me explain it. First of all. Even if my fives age son knows that one cent can't buy a ice cream, as a adult, how can you don't know the cheap price for poor quality ? by the way, there's a jewish saying : my goods is high quality, I should sell high price. As a importer or buyer, if you pay reasonable money, nobody likes to produce or sell poort quality to you. If you chase high profit by demanding lower price or you want to spread your market in one second but wrong way. It is nothing to the suppliers . it is your decision. This is used by 3D ink-jeting porcelain. Its water absorbtion is below 0.05%. that means it is real china, even if you put it into water for long times , it will never absorb a little of water, it is real water proof and anti-dirty. We sell it at usd 15 per square meter, but you ask me to sell you at uds 8 per square meter. How to ? it is impossible. Because my cost is over than usd 12 per square meter.

The second , as a importer and buyer, you don't know your supplier. Especially you don't know the character of china, including chinese thought, most of chinese business man all think like that we can supply you goods at any price you want , so long as you can give me enouhg large quanity, we have way to resolve all problems, including how to reduce the cost. They can use bad materiales, it is their normal way. For ceramics and porcelains, they can reduce the thickness, they can use the second time materails, they can give up the former QC standard, the final goal is to meet client's cheap price requirement.

Especially some manufacturer think that I have lots of customers, i don't care to loss one. You need cheap price. I just do according to your requirement, this thinking leads to today's vicious circle. So that "made in china" stand for cheap price for poor quality.

The third. as a human being. You guide the suppliers to abandon already abandon their social responsibilities. As a enterprise. It should take its duties to workers, families and world, if a enterprice can't make normal profit, how it can continue to exist? No exist , no continue.

It will be bank rupt, then workers lost job, families will be broken, then th society will be not steady, you can see lot of peoples who have no easting ,drinking and living. I think it is not you want to see. Manbe your relatives ,your friends blong to this group.

The most important is that most of customers cancel the contract because of quality complains from their own clients. It is will lead to hudge waste. Because all of hudge produts is from OEM. If this customer stop to buy. Then it will not be accepted by chinese civil market.

Hereby present one word to all importers and buyers : the soruces blong to the world.do not do that things make waste because of you.
